Why can't I see the File menu?
The file menu is disabled when Microsoft Firefox detects questionable content/keywords on a web page. We are yet to work out how to automiatcally re-enable the file menu without user intervention. In the meantime however, you may Show the File menu by holding down the ALT key on your Microsoft Keyboard.
